1Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, browsing, or using any portion of the ultra888 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you accept and agree to be bound by them unconditionally. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue your use of the ultra888 platform and close your account.

ultra888 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any such modifications will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

2Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the ultra888 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ultra888 enforces a strict 21+ policy and conducts age verification on all accounts. Creating an account if you are under 21 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of ultra888 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must register using your own true and accurate personal information. Registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.

ultra888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and address at any time. Where satisfactory verification cannot be obtained, ultra888 may suspend or close the account and withhold any funds pending investigation.

3Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active ultra888 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where ultra888 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same person, all associated accounts may be closed and any balance may be voided.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. ultra888 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ultra888 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated. ultra888 may at any time require you to verify the accuracy of the information held on your account. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ultra888 supports deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and FPX bank transfers from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other supported Malaysian financial institutions. The minimum deposit is RM20 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion. ultra888 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. ultra888 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Where verification is required, the Member will be notified and is expected to provide the requested documentation promptly. ultra888 will not be liable for delays in withdrawal processing arising from the Member's failure to complete verification requirements.

4.3 Currency

The functional currency of the ultra888 platform is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). All account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts are denominated in MYR unless expressly stated otherwise.

5Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, ultra888 may offer bonuses, free bets, or other promotional incentives to Members. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General principles applicable to all ultra888 promotions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• ultra888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to do so.
• Where ultra888 has reason to believe that a Member is abusing a promotion — including through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts — ultra888 may void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to the completion of applicable wagering requirements.

6Responsible Gaming

ultra888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Members seriously. The platform provides the following tools, all available free of charge from the Member account dashboard:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit.
• Loss limits — caps on the total losses permitted within a defined period.
• Session time reminders — alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off periods — temporary suspension of access for a period of your choosing.
• Self-exclusion — permanent or long-term exclusion from the ultra888 platform.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ultra888 platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity.
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or glitches. Any winnings derived from a software error are void and must be returned.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ultra888 staff or other Members.

ultra888 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the ultra888 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of ultra888 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No portion of the ultra888 platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or broadcast without the prior written permission of ultra888.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ultra888, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the ultra888 platform.

ultra888 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10Termination

ultra888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if ultra888 has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable law or regulation. Where an account is terminated for breach, any balance in the account may be voided at ultra888's discretion.

You may close your account at any time by contacting ultra888 support via the live chat facility. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the absence of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations.

11Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ultra888 is licensed to operate. Any disputes that cannot be resolved by agreement between the parties shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body as designated by the applicable gaming authority under which ultra888 holds its licence.

12Amendments

ultra888 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered Members via notification within the platform or by email to the address registered on the account. The amended Terms & Conditions will take effect from the date specified in the notification. Your continued use of the ultra888 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
